About small batch customization of baseball jackets
A good quality baseball jacket depends on Fabric/workmanship/craftsmanship
Fabric: We mainly use wool fabric, with a gram weight of about 600-800 gram woven woolen fabrics. High Quality PU leather sleeves, inside with satin fabric.
Matched Rib: there are pure cotton and polyester fabrics. Polyester has good elasticity, good flexibility and durability. Pure cotton is expensive and not as durable as polyester.
Craftsmanship: mainly embroidery. Embroidery is divided into flat embroidery/convex embroidery/patch embroidery and towel embroidery. Do not suggest a large embroidery, otherwise it will be very stiff. It is recommended to use patch embroidery for more comfort.
